1. What are your shipping times?

  • Domestic (US): Shipping typically takes between 7-14 days.

  • International: Shipping to international destinations usually takes between 14-31 days.


2. Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are processed according to standard shipping times, as mentioned above.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be uploaded to your account. You can view the tracking details on our "Track Your Order" page. If you have any issues accessing your tracking information, please contact us for assistance.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been processed. Please make sure to review your order before finalizing the purchase.


5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, and we'll provide you with instructions.


6. How do I initiate a return?

7. Are there any restocking fees?

No, we do not charge restocking fees. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


8. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at 305miamifitness@gmail.com. Include photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including issuing a replacement or full refund if necessary.


9. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We require a physical shipping address for all orders.


10. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at 305miamifitness@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.
